Each year, BAC hosts a season of visionary theatre by young directors working with classic texts. This year, you can see the winner of the prestigious James Menzies-Kitchin Memorial Trust Award 2003, Jijan Sheibani, with a double bill of Pinter, and Katie Reid directing Pains of Youth. In addition, due to the exceptional standard of this year's shortlist for the Award, BAC have also invited the finalists to present a showing of their work in a special JMK Scratch week. The shortlist included: Phil Breen (runner up), Elliot Cowan, Helen Eastman, Katie MacAleese, Chris Rolls, John Terry and Charlotte Westenra.
