A brilliant opportunity to see some of the most talented young performers in West Yorkshire as Theatre Royal Wakefield's Performance Academy (Pontefract students) hit the stage for their annual showcase performance. Our performance academy showcase will involve some of the greatest young talent from West Yorkshire in a selection of thrilling theatrical moments at their home venue, Theatre Royal Wakefield. There is something for every age group and every taste, from beautiful choral arrangements such as Seussical the Musical and True Colours, Dance tributes to Michael Jackson and Cirque Du Soleil. Our young company will also perform show stopping Musical Theatre excerpts from Shrek, Annie, Hair, Avenue Q, Nine to Five, Les Miserables and the magnificent finale from Rent!
