You Can Always Hand Them Back centres around Kath and Maurice, self-confessed old-duffers, who are settling into a comfortable retirement filled with friends, hobbies and - if Maurice can defeat the remote control - wall-to-wall cricket. For Kath though, there's one fly in the ointment - she wishes they heard more from the kids. However, all this changes with the arrival of four nappy-wearing terrors and suddenly people can't get enough of grandma and grandpa!
