As a storm begins to brew, the audience each receive a pair of headphones and are seated in front of a large white screen... 'There have been suicides in your building, and there are voices in your head, guiding you through your memories and accompanying you on your day. Your very strange day.' (NY Times) Fresh from runs at Fierce Festival and PS122, Whisper asks the audience to question ‘what is real’ in a world of increasing technological sophistication. Each audience member is given a set of headphones through which they hear the voices of three live performers narrating a fictional walk through a fictional city.
