The world premiere of a powerful drama, Voices from the Edgepresents first-hand testimonies of a broad range of people experiencing poverty and homelessness in the UK. These hard-hitting true stories will confront audiences with the reality of poverty and exclusion in the UK today and celebrate how ordinary people deal with these challenges. This production is hosted by Leeds’ Church Action on Poverty group as part of the national Poverty and Homelessness Action Week 2009.
