What trouble lies in store for the poor native Balonians? Alfred Jarry's absurd masterpiece of nonsense, part literary parody, part playground joke, has continued to amaze and enthrall audiences with its hilarious mix of slapstick, toilet humour and philosophical musings since it first sparked riots in 1896.
