Helen Goodway is not an actress. She is not a writer, director or a trained theatre professional in any way. She is a 52 year old primary school teacher from Bradford. Earlier this year, she was diagnosed with cancer. This is her story - the story of a real person facing and surviving a terminal illness, told by her, as it happened, with humour and honesty.
