Three Blind Mice - Radio Plays archiveWhen a policeman arrives at snow-bound Monkwell Manor, he brings news to the residents that a murderer is in the hotel and looking for his next victim. To their horror, they realise the murderer is one of them! Originally written to celebrate Queen Mary's 80th birthday, this radio play was later expanded and adapted for the stage as The Mousetrap. First broadcast by the BBC on 30 May 1947. Presented as rehearsed readings (with appropriate sound effects!). As with the one act plays, these are presented as 'curtain raisers' giving you the opportunity to see a full length play on the same evening.
