Country boy D'Artagnan is desperate to join the King's elite band of bodyguards and become a Musketeer. Despite his fiery temper, and frankly ridiculous horse, he impresses the guards enough to join them in their bid to outwit the scheming Cardinal and seductive, spying Milady and so save the King. Huzzah! Romance and conflict, croissants and cheese await them on their mission, but could a deadly secret be the death of them all? Inspired by Monty Python's The Holy Grail and the absurdities of their own lives, Patchwork Theatre have taken Dumas' swashbuckling classic apart and stuck it back together again using absurdist humour, physical comedy and a healthy dollop of moustache twiddling. Featuring swordfights, dance moves and a cornet, this exciting adaptation is sure to be 'One for All'.
