Details

"The Rugged Path" and its sequel "The Summit" (click here) focus on the same subject - the murder of an old-age pensioner in a rural community; the stand-off between two families who, in different ways, are closely involved; the response of the police and the community and the resulting tensions; and the conflict between local people on the one hand and the law on the other.
