Details
It's a cold rainy winter in industrial Bergamo, and a young woman is visiting her family after a long time. But their apparently mundane conversation hides a dark secret... Who killed her fiance, a Moroccan immigrant illegally employed by her father? And why is her father now speaking to ghosts? Italian playwright Sergio Pierattini mixes social commentary, darkly humorous dialogue, and a creeping sense of claustrophobia to tell us a story about the fear of the 'different', the disintegration of the traditional family and the collapse of old ideals. Produced for the first time in English by LegalAliens, and performed by a cast of bilingual Italian actors.
