A piece of circus...inspired by the Tarot card and Homer's Odyssey, The Hanged Man is a disturbing, funny, sensual journey into a man's fall from grace. Working with England's only Black circus troupe, The Hanged Man will use projections, circus and opera to create an underworld of Myth, terror and ecstasy '... and then I saw a man in terrible suffering, hung by one leg, head downward, to a high tree. And I heard the voice: Look this is the man who saw the truth!'
