The Factory archiveFollowing on from the success of BRINK and NOTHING, this brand new show is their largest to date, and celebrates the growth and diversity of the Young Company, with a 19 strong cast working alongside young creatives, technicians and writers to create the piece. This promenade production will see audiences plunged into an unexpected journey of temptation, power and canap?s when new company Chrysalis invite them to see their innovative solutions to the problems of poverty and overpopulation. Inspired by A MODEST PROPOSAL, Jonathan Swift's 1729 essay, the Young Company have created a performance that asks what happens next and where do we go from here... Are you committed to building a stronger future? Are you willing to invest in a sustainable franchise? Would you like to increase your opportunities and decrease your chances of misfortune? If so, please join your Chrysalis tour guide for an intimate journey around THE FACTORY. For the first time in its history, the Royal Exchange Theatre's Swan Street space will have all 6 floors completely taken over, in a brand new immersive experience staged by the Royal Exchange Theatre Young Company.
