The Crash of the Elysium been created by Punchdrunk, pioneers in immersive theatre and is a live Doctor Who theatre adventure in which the audience is the star of the show. There will be performances for schools as well as for families and older audiences. New Wolsey chief executive Sarah Holmes and Borough Council leader David Ellesmere both welcome the project, which it is hoped will bring new audiences into Ipswich as well as captivating its present ones. MIF and the BBC invite you to an extraordinary live event for children aged 6-12 and their families Award-winning theatre company Punchdrunk join forces with the Doctor Who team to create an unforgettable new show especially for MIF 2011.
