A post holocaust world. The people of Waknuk are in search of perfection. Anyone with a defect - however small - is deemed 'not perfect'. They are taken across the border and left to be cared for by the Fringe People. No imperfection can be hidden. Except one. A power only a few young people have. If they are discovered then they too will be banished. But no-one can see telepathy..
