What chaos occurs when the greats of European Literature turn up at a Creative Writers Workshop in present day Bromley? Writers such as William Wordsworth, A.A. Milne, August Strindberg, George Eliot and Johann Wolfgang Von Goethe. Mrs Swerdlow, the irrepressible but barely published tutor gallantly attempts to control her new input of students as she offers her own brand of literary advice. Exploiting extreme situations and ornate language for comic purposes the assembled geniuses verbally tear each other's work apart, whilst the unknowing Mrs. Swerdlow declares Wordsworth's Daffodils as "jingly" and Strindberg's Dance of Death as "unlikely to attract the passing trade on Shaftesbury Avenue."Dispel gloom, relish absurdity and delight in Perry Pontac's wit!
