Testosterone archiveTestosterone is the true story of Kit Redstone's first entrance into a male gym changing room at the age of 33. What first appears as a routine ritual of four men changing after a workout transforms into an epic coming of age quest for masculine identity in an environment that affords little space to hide. As well as a compelling, fast-paced, often funny story, Testosterone provides a rare, truthful and theatrically ambitious insight into what it means to be a "man" from someone who has inherited the identity, rather than been born with it. The piece will bring together two distinctive devising and performing styles, fusing Kit Redstone's direct address delivery style with Rhum and Clay's ability to put characters' complex inner workings on the stage with the innovative use of movement and visuals.
