A play about a small English town for which Malcolm Roberts peoples the stage with a host of fascinating, very human, characters who vary in age, gender, sexuality and class and in the ways that they internalise and respond to their hurt. Malcolm's tales reflect their pathos, pride and humour with extraordinary talent and wit. The result is the type of evening that rarely comes along for our enjoyment and is best experienced in an intimate theatre like this one.
