On each of three evenings the Asian Theatre School presents four short plays by new writers, which will then be followed by a thirty-minute new play by an established one. Neil Biswas, writer of C4's acclaimed two-part drama Second Generation and Jatinda Verma writer and Artistic Director of multi-award-winning Tara Arts both contribute. Street Voices is an opportunity to nurture and challenge a new generation of British Asian writers and directors as they explore both contemporary and traditional themes. The Asian School's recent productions include Streets of Rage and Silent Cry.
