With his wife Gwen at his side, new President, Arthur, has been swept to power on a wave of popularity - promising a new vision for the future. With First Minister Lawrence D'Lac in place, the new administration faces a barrage of media attention. Attempting to control the flow of information to the press is Director of Communications, Morgan Carter. But does Morgan have political ambitions of his own?
