Sparrow Heights archiveIt is 1943 and the Nazis have captured a certain General George-Geoffrey-Bungle of the Strategic High Command (Rainbow Division), and have taken him to SPARROW HEIGHTS, the most feared prison in all of Germany...ever. It is up to one man, Captain John Smith Carling-Black-Label-Brew and his team of brave chaps to save the General before he spills the beans and reveals the secret ingredients of Auntie Mabel's famous chocolate sausage pie (a mainstay of British rationing when bananas were hard to come by). This epic tale of 'derring-do' will feature feats of brave insanity gone berserk in a world where the tide of human conflict was as turbulent as it was a teeny bit scary. Displaying a fine array of dashing well-oiled chaps (with cheekbones supplied by the British Army), buxom heroines, plucky POW's, screaming aircraft and a plethora of machine gun howls SPARROW HEIGHTS pays homage to many of the great (and not so great) war movies of all time. With a daring rescue, secret agents double crossing each other on top of a cable car that's on fire, halfway up a mountain; this edge of the seat show will leave you needing a clean pair of pants before that last act has shot its load.
