Peace and 'appiness, that's what we're all looking for, but where are we going to find it? Sheppey has always considered himself a lucky man. When this hardworking hairdresser wins the lottery everyone wants a piece of the prize: his wife wants a charlady, his daughter wants to finance her wedding, his son-in-law to forge a career in politics and his employer hopes he has a new business partner.
