Details

In 1836, three little boys aged between 4 and 5 were transferred to Fareham Workhouse. After just 10 days, the boys were returned to Bishops Waltham unable to stand up, walk or ear properly. This original play tells the story of the Fareham Workhouse Scandal which reached the Poor law Commissioners who found staff at Fareham Workhouse guilty of negligence.
