Roses and Morphine archiveIn the crumbling ruins of a library a fugitive seeks refuge in comforting fictions. His sanctuary is disturbed by a visitor who unearths traces of atrocities slipped between tattered pages. Buried in the librarian's curious system of classification are fragments of a story which threatens to destroy them all. Through a striking fusion of new writing, evocative music and inventive physicality Roses and Morphine depicts the dark absurdity of attempts to wash our hands of history.
