Details

The sorry lives of women who become actresses after the 1669 Royal decree allowing them to perform on stage. A rollicking bawdy story, full of rude hilarity, earthy comedy and heartbreak, proving that there is 'No Business Like Show Business'. The play was expanded for the 1997 Peter Hall Company production. Contains strong language Running Time: Approx. 2 hours including a fifteen minute interval.
