Details
A kitsch yet down to earth character based play, Patrick and Bernadine is a story about friendship, family and finding your place in the world. The play showers its audience with glitz, glamour and enchantment whilst we follow Patrick and Bernadine, a Brummie cabaret duo, as they drag their tired old cabaret act around British seaside resorts. When Bernadine sets her sights towards Pop Idol stardom and decides to leave Patrick behind, the audience is let in on the more heartbreaking side of the entertainment industry. Patrick is left alone on the holiday circuit to pick up the pieces - with Bernadine’s crazy mother for company!
