Passport to Pimlico archiveBased on the classic Ealing comedy. When an accident detonates 'Pamela', the last unexploded World War II bomb, the residents of Pimlico have a big shock in store. Old documents unearthed in the rubble reveal that this quiet London borough is actually part of Burgundy, France. Independence is declared and the new found 'Burgundians' discover a wild sense of liberation from the drab days of post war rationing, turning the back streets of London into a continental paradise.
