Passport to Pimlico archiveBased on the classic Ealing comedy. When an accident detonates 'Pamela', the last unexploded World War II bomb, the residents of Pimlico have a big shock in store. Old documents unearthed in the rubble reveal that this quiet London borough is actually part of Burgundy, France. Independence is declared and the new found 'Burgundians' discover a wild sense of liberation from the drab days of post war rationing, turning the back streets of London into a continental paradise. A Charles Vance Production. Passport to Pimlico is the fourth in this ever popular series of classic film adaptations. Created by the same team behind our past two sold out successes, The Ladykillers and The 39 Steps. Web site
