Original Spin is set in London in the early nineteen-fifties, a time when Britain was looking forward with renewed confidence. Public Relations emerged as those who had been responsible for media relations during the war found an opportunity within a recovering economy to set up business as consultants. The play sheds a light-hearted but accurate spotlight on how the PR industry gathered momentum. Sponsored by GCI.
