Nineteenth of January: climate chaos brings floods and devastation to Britain's East Coast. Thousands of people clamber onto their roofs to escape the rising water. What appears out of the helicopters are not dinghies but camera lenses. What is brought to us on our television screens? One, Nineteen shows us the footage being cut into shape and questions the drive for 'hot' news that constructs a 'story' out of sheer chaos.
