Based on a traditional Armenian story, Nourie Hadig explores a dark world of secrets and jealousy. Abandoned by her family, Nourie must journey through an enchanted landscape... The 30 members of the Young People's Theatre Group are aged 14 to 18. Over a seven month period they have developed as an ensemble, following a programme of workshops, mentoring and rehearsals to explore the creative and technical processes of making theatre. Devised by the group. Co-ordinated by Becky Prestwich.
