When Colin has a DIY accident and falls off his ladder he's lucky to get away with just a bump on the head. But when the swelling goes down it becomes clear it wasn't only his footing he lost - because Colin has lost his memory as well. Totally. He doesn't even recognise his wife Samantha. So Samantha hits on a plan to get things back to normal: they will repeat, in every detail, their weddingday in the hope that the memories will come flooding back. But when Colin's memory does indeed start to return, his recollections of their special day are strangely different from Samantha's What really happened the year before? Do they have a shared past after all? And can they ever have a future together without one?
