Details

Recently widowed, Mrs Beeton is giving her first public cookery demonstration as a dedication to her husband, and during the course of the play cooks a meal. A romantic, tender and funny play, Mrs Beeton distractedly talks of chemicals in foods, trips to the moon, burglars, the 'facts of life' and mercy killing.
