Margaret and the Tapeworm archiveWhen a rather unusual and definitely uninvited guest is found at the Christmas office buffet there are unexpected consequences for love-lorn Margaret and determinedly festive Amber. The production explores some of the more serious issues affecting society. According to BBC Radio 4's study, the Anatomy of Loneliness, a third of people often or very often feel lonely. Loneliness and social isolation are never more poignant than during the Christmas period; adverts with happy families and groups of friends celebrating together dominate the high streets and mainstream television. No-one, person or parasite, wants to be alone at Christmas. Join Amber for drinks during the office Christmas party at the start of the show, as Triongl welcome and encourage people to come together to enjoy some festive fun. The company will offer touch tours before each performance and a BSL interpreted performance on the 19th of December at Chapter Arts Centre.
