Details

Robert talks to the birds since he was 7. He wants to learn how to fly, but his mother won't let him. He now ages quicker than his mother, quicker than anyone else in the room. He sees Maria when he dreams, even though he has never met her. They will meet for a last dance before his death (on a Sunday). The piece explores the fear (and pleasure) in ageing. It reveals the painful and joyful re-births in a life full of contradictions.
