Details

The Inhabitants of Maynard, Texas, have slowly seen their ambitions slip away and are settling into a monotonous lifestyle. The womenfolk meet regularly to discuss their energetic children and on-going infidelity, while fighting for supremacy over their local bridge competitions and coping with the aid of cool, smooth bourbon. The men drink and lament of the war, past school days and the crashing of their beautiful 1950's Thunderbird, which is now wrapped around a tree. The ensuing twists and turns of plot eventually lead to some interesting conclusions.
