Free event, on a first come, first served basis. Our familiar habitats are so-often taken for granted that we miss what is actually there, hidden from our viewing habits. Spaces are filled with sights, smells, atmospheres, abandoned objects, fragments of rubbish (or treasure), memories, histories, traces of past events and forgotten people. Treating the ‘found site’ as a creative partner, eight of Scotland’s leading poets have devised a performance, inspired by a location deep in the heart of Tramway that is usually passed by and unnoticed. Following on from the success of Hidden City 1 - 4, in which conFAB explored lesser known spaces around Glasgow using poetry and spoken word, they have teamed up with Tramway to bring this unique event to our venue.
