Sixty years ago Samuel Beckett wrote his absurdist theatre classic,
Waiting for Godot. Since then audiences around the world must have wondered what exactly Godot was up to all the time Vladimir and Estragon were waiting for him. Steve Gough's darkly comic and provocative new play tackles that age-old existential question. Now for the first time on a British stage, we can announce that Mr Godot is alive and well and, with his patient, long-suffering personal assistant. Running time: approx. 130mins with an interval.
