Details
Set in a Jewish brothel in the early part of this century, Sholem Asch's 1906 play explores one of his most written-about themes - faith. Humorous, touching, and at times, shocking (it features the first depiction of female homosexuality on stage) - the L'Khaim theatre production marks the first time the play has been performed in over 50 years.
