A satirical comedy. Faced with a Eurocracy gone crazy, Sir William of Stratford, old gentleman of the stage, has no choice but to throw the gauntlet to II Capo Culturale in Brussels, in the pursuit of a small grant for a theatre project. A corporate beggar and an ex-actress join Sir William and they leave for The Land Beyond Arden the main location for this play-within-a-play. Life and stage intermingle as a group of local actors merge their own project with that of Sir William. But just as the new work takes shape, II Capo Culturale sets a honey-trap, steals it for his own and passes it on to a shabby, and heavily funded prot
