It's a tough assignment for a new girl. This is Daisy's first day as a waitress at the exclusive Butter Cross Hotel and their most difficult customer has just arrived. Underneath Mr Roland's controlled and measured exterior there lurks a more human side - perhaps Daisy is the key to unlock it? Or maybe he will have a word with the manager and Daisy will be out on her ear?
