In an underground train station, five women wait. Each bears signs of fatigue, of the loneliness of belonging to some other place; each was forced into exile from her homeland by different circumstances. As trains pass they tell their stories: stories of exile and escape, of longing and old dreams. In a melancholic and cruel suspended time, these dreams become reality. CAT are resident company of ilCAntionearte Teatri: a contemporary performance and arts space in Montepulciano, Tuscany, led by Artistic Director Claudio Borgoni. Followed by a 20 min post show discussion.
