Psychiatrist Julia Smythe is starting to believe that there are no longer any interesting cases in her field of work; things appear to be no different when a young man comes in seeking another quick fix. What results from their sessions together is a battle of wills, played out in stylish and witty banter as each of them tries to take charge of the situation.
