Details
Murder and mystery abound in this ingenious play from the master of the genre, which has more than its fair share of blind alleys. Initially the plot seems to follow a familiar pattern - a greedy husband plotting to kill his wife. Disposing first of her brother, Jack tries to convince Sarah that she is on the verge of a nervous breakdown. Enlisting the help of his girlfriend he plans to murder Sarah whilst giving the impression that she has committed suicide. Jack's plans are horribly thwarted - he, not his wife, ends up dead. But how - and by whom?
