Details

In the Village Hall the Fete Committee meets on a cold January evening. Later, on a hot July afternoon, the Hall becomes the command centre for the Fete itself. The committee includes a nosey Ethel, long suffering Pauline, horsey Marjorie, elderly Mavis, and reveals a world of gossip, innuendo, secrets and hidden agenda. If you've ever seen a committee in action, you cannot fail to enjoy Pam Valentine's comedy of life in a British village.
