Box the Pony is the tale of a gifted young girl growing up on an Aboriginal mission in a family of champion boxers. Through singing and boxing, she seeks to throw off the ties of love and family of champion boxers. Through singing and boxing, she seeks to throw off the ties of love and family. Raw, cheeky, very funny and delivered with the punchiness of standup, this show was a sold out hit at the Edinburgh Festival 1999. White Baptist Abba Fan/Box the Pony - Performed as a double bill these two one-woman shows get their London premieres courtesy of the 'Heads Up', Australian Arts 100' festival to celebrate the centenary of the Australian Federation in London.
