"No one gives a shit about the people still alive in the band after the lead singer commits suicide... " Four bandmates; James, Martin, Nick and Ben, reluctantly reunite at a studio in Berlin following the death of their lead singer, Harry. Three years have passed, and the effects of Harry's sudden death and the circumstances surrounding it, continue to divide the already fractured group. The once prominent 90's britpop band, now have to learn from their past mistakes before they lose another member. In the wake of their tremendous loss, will they pull together or distance even further, as secrets are revealed? Berlin is a dark comedy that explores grief, toxic masculinity and betrayal. As rich in wit as it is in suspense, this play is an exploration into the lives and relationships of four talented, yet troubled men. If you like Martin McDonagh, we reckon you will enjoy this.
