Arcane - ...that which was always there... archiveA group of musical angels who fell to earth and had their wings clipped by the most evil man on earth, Frank Slick, are forced to accompany his dreadful lounge-lizard singing. Another angel comes down to earth to help a priest with whom she falls in love. The priest is searching for the most sacred book in the world. Frank seduces them all with an elaborate dinner party, hand in hand with his androgynous butler and anarchic pet cockerel. JJ the mute younger brother is led into terrible danger by his elder brother, the priest. Will the family survive, will they find their lost sacred text and will Frank Slick win in the end? Age 12+ Using physical theatre, film, puppetry and a combination of opera singers, actors and musicians, Arcane is a black cartoon-like comedy, an original and exciting work of visual music theatre.
