Ivor waits, his train of thought derailed by fragmented memory. Lily packs his things as she prepares him for life in a home. Ivor's going nowhere. The moment her back is turned, he unpacks. All Change is a nostalgic comedy of poignant reminiscence and crossed wires. Through incorporating flashback and projections, the play follows an aged man desperately trying to hang on to his last threads of dignity, as memories crumble and his daughter despairs.
