Two Spanish women have really tried to earn a living as actresses. They've taken the roles, lived the part, but now it's time to come clean. This is a charming, political and physical performance that walks us through the dreams and realities of two friends who've never stopped performing. Actresses Always Lie is a performance exploration, using the stereotype and universe of 'the actress' as a springboard to talk about a wide range of subjects, from gender to trade and precariousness.
